Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Here’s the deal:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Discounted products are final sale – no returns or exchanges.
• Damaged or used items won’t be eligible for return/exchange.

How it works:
Drop us a message with your order details, and our team will guide you through the quick and easy return/exchange process.

You may opt for replacement or a store credit for your next purchase minus a ₹200 handling fee.

Simple Return Process:

• Contact Us: Reach out to us 
• Return Authorization: We'll provide a return authorization number (RAN) and clear return instructions. For accepted damaged/incorrect items, a return shipping label will be included.
• Refund Processing: Upon receiving the product and confirming it meets our return conditions, we will promptly process your refund via store credits within 7 days
